It is instrumental in belly fat as it keeps your gut bacteria healthy. It also helps a person feel full quickly, and by this, your overeating habit also improves. So add more fiber to your diet.

I am not saying immediately quit the sugar. It is not possible, and if someone does that, it will not last long. Take your time and take small steps every day. Although consuming small amounts now and then is perfectly healthy, you should try to cut down on sugar whenever possible. Much of the sugar that people consume comes from fructose, which the liver breaks down and turns into fat. After the liver turns the sugar into fat, it releases these fat cells into the blood, leading to weight gain.
DRINK MORE WATER
It is a fundamental and effective idea to weight loss at home by drinking as much water as you can. Don’t go for advertisements that portray unhealthy drinks as the biggest thirst remover. Always go for water when you feel thirsty. It has 0% calories, and if consumed before a meal, it can help you burn more calories and may even suppress your appetite.
2. Weight-loss Through Physical Activities
PICK A SPORT OR ACTIVITY THAT YOU LOVE.
Every morning before breakfast, Pick that physical activity or sport that you can perform at home like skipping, table tennis, workout, dancing, etc. Anything you like, bring that sweat out from the body.
